Leading, global workforce management provider enables better transparency, control in Stockholm Exergi’s talent source-to-pay process

STOCKHOLM and ORLANDO, Fla. (May 7, 2019)Workforce Logiq, the workforce management company transforming how organizations win talent across the globe,  has launched a partnership with Stockholm Exergi, a large, Swedish energy company that produces district heating, cooling, and electricity. Stockholm Exergi will leverage Workforce Logiq’s patented and patent-pending technology and Managed Service Provider (MSP) program for more insight, transparency and control over their external talent procurement process, particularly for IT, engineering and professional services candidates.

Stockholm Exergi traditionally acquired new talent through direct-to-market strategies and broker-managed relationships with hundreds of sub-suppliers, which gave the internal hiring team limited insight into the talent pool and spend for each category. The company’s partnership with Workforce Logiq centralizes the hiring process under one provider, ensuring Stockholm Exergi receives the most competitive pricing for incoming candidates, enabling faster, more strategic and cost-effective decision making.

“IT, professional services and engineering are highly strategic hiring categories for our organization as the work of these teams forms the foundation for the services and value we offer our customers. It’s incredibly important that we get hiring for these positions right,” said Per-Anders Meyer, Head of Purchasing at Stockholm Exergi. “Workforce Logiq gives us more insight into available, high-quality candidates, and a structure for faster hiring execution, putting us in a position to drive the business forward by being proactive about finding the right people at the right cost.”

Stockholm Exergi will use Workforce Logiq’s online Vendor Management Solution (VMS) to manage hundreds of suppliers and workers. Hiring managers within Stockholm Exergi can insert requisitions directly into the system, and work collaboratively with the Workforce Logiq team to manage the process from end-to-end. In conjunction with the online tool, extensive business intelligence reporting will give Stockholm Exergi more visibility and transparency and control throughout their talent procurement process.

“Talent is arguably a business’ most important asset. Without strong people driving the organization, it’s incredibly difficult to market, sell and run a company effectively,” said Helen Seigfried, Managing Director, Europe at Workforce Logiq. “By taking a holistic approach to the talent supply chain that leverages advanced tools like artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced analytics, clients, like Stockholm Exergi, get actionable insights to win the talent they need at the right time to power their growth.”

Formerly known as ZeroChaos, Workforce Logiq previously announced partnerships with several other key companies in the Nordics region, including Stockholm County Council’s Public Transport Division.
